The Chanjul farm is located at the border region of Mexico and Guatemala a few kilometres from the Tacaná volcano. Joaquín Perez is the head producer, coordinating the farm & its 85 employees. 

The coffee here is 100% shade-grown, then hand-harvested and sorted. The philosophy of the farm is holistic, producing sustainable coffee through investing in infrastructure to support workers, this includes education & healthcare.
