Our Ethiopian Limu decaffeinated coffee is treated with pure water under the “Mountain Water Process”. It's harvested from micro-lot farms at an altitude of 1400m above sea level. The carbon filtration and the osmosis technique results in a 99.9% caffeine free coffee. After the decaffeination process, our Glee family take great care to roast this coffee in order to retains the flavours, oils and taste of the original beans.
The coffee is the best decaf we’ve ever had. It tastes like, raisins, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, and has delicious soft citrus notes.
