The 1.8L heat exchange boiler, wrapped for insulation and fitted with 9mm brass end plates, delivers excellent thermal stability. Paired with Rocket’s E61 group head and thermosyphon system, the Mozzafiato V produces consistently rich, flavourful espresso and powerful steam for milk-based drinks.
