Since founding Finca Santuario in 2000, Camilo Merizalde has chased one thing above all else: exceptional coffee. Grown on his farm in Cauca, Colombia, this Red Bourbon is naturally sweet, beautifully complex and wonderfully balanced. Camilo’s Yellow Honey process leaves just the right amount of fruit mucilage on the beans as they dry, dialling up that rich, syrupy mouthfeel.

Expect delicate jasmine, crisp green apple and plenty of sweetness. Bright, juicy and seriously memorable—this is one you’ll still be thinking about long after the last sip.
