A Glee favourite, back for another season.

Volcán Azul is no stranger to us here at Glee, featuring regularly in our seasonal line-up over the past few years—and for good reason.

Led by Alejo Kahle Castro, the farm sits among Costa Rica’s rich volcanic soils, more than 1,400 metres above sea level. Quality here is built through patient farming, healthy soils, resilient varieties and meticulous picking and sorting. The coffee is then dried slowly and deliberately, developing layers of sweetness, complexity and clarity.

That same thoughtful approach extends beyond the coffee, with rainforest protected to preserve the land and ecosystem surrounding the farm.

The result? A standout cup bursting with cola, juicy blackcurrant and a bright squeeze of lime. Complex, vibrant and an absolute must-try.
