Sitting between 1450–1500 MASL, this lot uses a special co-ferment natural process before being washed, giving the cup a crisp green apple brightness balanced with smooth cocoa richness 🍫. This coffee is a serious standout for the season, hence why it has it's own special name.. this one won't last - get your hands on it whilst you can!
