One of our all time fave coffee families are back! This coffee is steeped in history and tradition as the Hartmann estate dates back to 1912. It was cultivated using the innovative Black Winey, where the cherry is left on as long as possible, to enhance natural flavours. The colour of the fruit darkens as it it ripens, and the cherries are carefully fermented, similarly to fine wine processing. Following this unique process, the beans emerge with a complexity and depth that sets them apart.
