The Mozzafiato Cronometro R by Rocket Espresso brings the full commercial espresso experience into your kitchen. Designed and built in Milan, it combines refined craftsmanship with industry-leading technology, all in a compact and timeless form. Each machine is built Fatto a Mano—by hand—with over 21 years of espresso engineering behind it.

This model features a rotary pump for quiet operation and the option to plumb directly into your water supply. The integrated digital shot timer and adjustable PID controller give you complete control over extraction time and brew temperature, ensuring every shot is dialed to perfection.

A 1.8L heat exchange boiler, paired with Rocket’s advanced thermosyphon system, delivers stable pressure and temperature for simultaneous brewing and steaming. Insulated and reinforced with 9mm brass end plates, this boiler is built for both performance and longevity.

The Mozzafiato’s sleek body is finished with individually cast alloy side panels, available in Chrome or Matte Black, making it a functional centrepiece for any home coffee setup.
